Henry Bromley wants to find not only the perfect submissive, but he’s also searching for love. When he meets Ryan Scott, a man who seems to take control, Henry is conflicted.
However, when passion and lust ignite a spark and their flame is lit, Henry discovers there’s no turning back. He wants Ryan.
Ryan Scott has fought hard to protect himself and his desires. With his wounds freshly opened, Ryan has to make a choice: submit to Henry and allow himself to heal or continue to live the lie he’s created for himself.
Will this Dom help his sub fly? And if trust is broken, can it truly ever be healed?
The book blurb gives enough away as to who this book is about, and the concept. It is easily read as a Standalone, but as I’ve read the first book (Trusting Him) it made following the story just as easy, with a slight crossover on the end of that-and the start of this story.
Henry Bromley has kept his ‘Dom’ side hidden from his brothers (Trey and Travis) having had a successful contract with his submissive-Sean (but something is missing-he’s seen how happy Trey is and questions what he actually wants for his future)
On ending things with Sean-amicably,he encounters Ryan (his soon to be brother in law David’s best friend) and there is an instant attraction.(the crossover from bk1)
Both Henry and Ryan share a hot an heavy moment…but Ryan has got out of a bad situation/relationship and is not looking for anything serious. However, eventually they become more, and Henry feels Ryan has been hurt in the past, and it’s reason behind his trust issues regarding a Dom/Sub relationship.
Henry has his own issues surrounding his past/and how he likes to conduct his lifestyle, but as the story develops both men grow closer.(some pretty HOT scenes!)

I did enjoy this story,I liked how the character’s were together, and the link to the previous book-with cameos the brother’s/David,yet there are new character(s) introduced that I can only assume will feature in the next in the series (Travis’s story) There was also an added twist that I didn’t expect.I did miss a DUAL POV (much like I said about Trusting Him) however that is just my own thoughts on that.I hope to see more of them in the next one.

I just published my first novel: Love Doctor. There’s one small
problem—besides the fact it isn’t selling—my boss from Hell, Dr. Declan
Sincock, Sex Therapist, was my muse. Let’s just say, I took some creative
liberties with him…

I never thought he’d know about it.

And never in a million years did I think he’d read it.

But he has, and he’s not happy.

I should just quit, find a new job, but now I have another plan. Write what
you know, right? Dr. Sincock is going to educate me on how to write hotter
sex. He just doesn’t know it yet.

When I started reading this story,I knew I’d give it a full 5* rating…a much anticipated release and for me so worth the wait!
Reading the blurb you get the general idea-but really it’s more than what is given away, but I’m not going to go into any great detail as to everything, but what I will say is that right from the beginning I laughed out loud throughout, and couldn’t put it down until I finished it! Told in DUAL POV‘s,easily read as a Standalone, but an added bonus with the link to previous books.

Declan who we have met before-he’s Chelsea’s brother-in turn Best Friend’s with Jonah (Playboy) and his PA Rose Thorne are a great couple of character’s,and I really enjoyed their interactions, there is a gradual build up before lines are blurred, and ethics go right out the window (Holy **** there is a lot of chemistry/heat between them)Booker,Ethan and their significant other’s feature (Heartbreaker/Stuck) which was another plus point yet alongside that are some clever twists and surprises thrown in as with certain quirky ‘Loganisms’ that fans/followers of his will totally get and get a kick out of.

All in all,Logan has written a brilliant story that is funny throughout,H.O.T. with character’s old and new, some drama added along the way to a HEA….I LOVED IT!!

I have a crush on Nolan Archer, Boston University’s freshman running back.
He’s the definition of tall, dark, and swoon worthy. My knees weaken every
time our eyes meet. There’s only one problem… he’s a virgin.

As much as I try to convince myself he’s too young for me, or that I prefer
experienced guys, I can’t deny the flames of attraction flaring between us.

When his fraternity brothers decide to auction off his virginity, it forces
me to make a decision.

Should I forget about Nolan once and for all, or place the winning bid and
be his first score?

*can be read as a standalone*

Once again,Jacob has created a story that while easily read as a Standalone,it is a great addition to the series.
I’m not going to go into much detail as to all that happens-you can see from the blurb the initial concept, and to say much more would give too much away and it’s best to just read for yourselves. What I will say is that I loved how Nolan and Perri were together, their relationship gradually builds, the attraction they both feel from the start working it’s way to becoming more. As with the previous books, there is also lots of humor -particularly surrounding the side character’s (Clancy,Flynn etc) and the introduction of Nolan’s younger brother Donovan, who I don’t think we will have seen the last of (hopefully).
Told in DUAL POV’s,SCORE is another well written story, with likable characters,a good blend of game details, humor, some twists along the way,and quirky details that followers of Jacob will fully appreciate, adding to a series that I,for one will read again and again, and I look forward to seeing what will be next!
