‘What is it about Rex that makes it impossible for me to dislike him,no matter how hard I try?’~Danika

The blurb gives enough away as to the concept of this new Rom-Com story,so not to spoil for other’s what I will say is that once again,Jacob has written a very well thought out,detailed story,introducing new character(s) with the potential for more!

I really enjoyed how there was a gradual build up to how Rex (38) and(35yr old) Danika’s relationship developed,told in DUAL POV’s it had many laugh out loud moments,especially the conversations between Danika and her friends (Violet,Roxanne) and Rex with his (younger) brother’s (Adam,Larsen),and how he was with his Daughter Ruby (14).

There is a bit of drama towards the end,(again no spoilers given) and a great Epilogue that I absolutely loved!

Jacob Chance grew up in New England and still lives there today. He’s a martial artist, a football fan, a practical joker and junk food lover.

A writer of sports romcoms and romantic suspense, he plans on providing you with many more stories.

‘I am fully and utterly attracted to my very intimidating female coach’~Boon

Following on from One Timer,the blurb gives enough away,so I won’t say much of everything that happens,once again,told in DUAL POV’s,I absolutely loved Posey and Boon’s story,there were plenty of hilarious moments along the way (Shea as ever,not taking that his daughter(s) have grown up into equally strong,sassy,women and choosing the men in their lives,particularly well!) the great friendships between Boon,and team-mates Aiden,Wes giving more fun moments on and off the ice. The sports details-Posey knows her stuff,and is out to prove she’s as powerful as her mother and sister,yet both her and Boon have their own insecurities that surface at various points during the story,having been hurt in the past,it’s not an easy journey to a HEA,and there is some intense drama added too.

I loved the original Assassins,Bellevue Bullies,and spin off’s Ice Cats,and now the Next Generations are becoming a welcome addition to the collection,and I look forward to reading more…LOVE THEM!!

The blurb’s give enough as to the concepts of each story,so not to give too much away as to how each develops,all I will say is that …

North:
A quick,employee/boss/hate-to-lovers tale wrapped up nicely with a sweet Epilogue.

Everest:
Short,HOT,funny moments,with a bit of mystery/all not quite as it seems tale (I would have liked a bit more,as it did seem a wee bit rushed towards the ending)

Graham:
It was fun to re-read this (I’ve reviewed it previously) but the extended ‘bonus’ part was very entertaining to read and I loved it!

All in all, A Very Merry Alpha Christmas is a collection of three short,fun,HOT,Festive treats that also had me laughing out loud with the various details which fellow fans of Logan’s work will totally understand-two new and the inclusion of last year’s holiday surprise novella ‘Graham’ make this another winner as far as I’m concerned!

‘I know this is not a one time thing,it’s a forever and a day kind of thing’~Jakob

This novella featuring original Assassins couple Jakob and Harper,was one that I was really excited to read,having been a fan of the series from the beginning,what I loved about this was the step back in time to see just how their relationship developed,as the blurb states Harper was not for getting serious,just wanted some fun,but Jakob knew from their first meeting it would be more!
Told in DUAL POV’s,it was funny,alongside the H.O.T. stuff,there’s also some emotional moments,and to see the friendship(s) of Harper and Elli and Shea and Jakob also added to my enjoyment,along with the relationships with the kids,not saying too much more so not to spoil it.
I also loved how it sets up nicely for the next generation story,and I am looking forward to that too.

The second in the ‘Cold Hearted’ series which is a standalone story,had me laughing out loud right from the start and throughout until the end!
As the blurb gives enough away,I’ll not go into much detail as it really has to be read and enjoyed.
I absolutely loved Olivia and Corbin together,there is some hilarious banter back and forth between them,and their chemistry gradually rises in temperature resulting in some H.O.T. scenes,and of course a little twist that at first had me with a W..T..moment,but as the story developed it all became clear as to what was the truth,added in with a little bit of drama!

Once again,Logan has created a story and characters that have your full attention,and easily makes this a can’t put down kind of book!
I LOVED IT~and looking forward to whatever is next.

Even although Ava’s had a thing for Oliver ever since her run in with him during her first week of college,there is still a gradual build up to the attraction between them.
I also liked having previous character’s feature,and the inclusion of new one’s that I’m hoping will be the next in the series,and I can’t wait to read more!

What a joy this Festive story was to read!

Told in DUAL POV’s,with great character’s including two adorable little girls,it was good mix of hilarious,and pull at your heart-strings,emotional moments,that had me laughing out loud and shedding a tear along the way with an Epilogue that wrapped things up nicely!
